Bentall 6 Parkade Entrance Modernization
Located in the heart of Downtown Vancouver, this project was undertaken to modernize the Bentall 6 parkade entrance and create a welcoming first impression for tenants, residents, and visitors while maintaining the premium standards associated with the Bentall Centre portfolio.
Working within an active commercial environment, Crana Construction partnered with the project team to deliver a custom architectural concrete installation featuring integrated planter boxes, seating elements, and contemporary detailing. The project required precise concrete formwork, placement, and finishing to achieve the clean, modern aesthetic envisioned by the client.
To complement the concrete elements, custom oak millwork seating and feature panels were seamlessly integrated throughout the space, introducing warmth and natural texture to an otherwise industrial environment. New lighting, signage, and landscaping elements further enhanced the space, creating a functional and inviting pick-up and drop-off area within one of Vancouver’s busiest commercial districts.
The completed project successfully transformed a utilitarian parkade entrance into a refined and welcoming environment that elevates the overall experience for those arriving at Bentall 6.

Crana Construction was commissioned for a basement renovation and some exterior stair work. John and Michael were professional and assisted with both creative solutions that met the budget and timeline. We had a surprise mold issue when walls were opened up and John brought to my attention right away and worked with me on options to fix it. They brought in his team of subs that were equally detailed and professional, Paul, Mack, and Dave. Thanks to Paul, stairs were finished even in the midst of pouring rain. Professional, collaborative and honest I would highly recommend them for any future renovations.
