Overview

Crana Construction has completed extensive residential renewal projects for the Tsleil-Waututh Nation, transforming aging homes into modern, energy-efficient residences built to meet current BC Building Code, Energy Step Code, and performance standards.

Each project begins with a complete interior and exterior demolition, stripping the homes back to their structural framework before undergoing comprehensive rebuilding and restoration. Structural deficiencies, water intrusion, and mould damage are carefully repaired to ensure the long-term integrity and safety of each home.

The homes are then fully modernized with new windows, insulation, siding, flooring, kitchens, bathrooms, drain tile systems, and high-efficiency heat pump installations, creating comfortable, durable, and energy-efficient living spaces for residents.

These projects reflect Crana Construction’s ability to manage large-scale residential rehabilitation work with a strong focus on quality craftsmanship, modern building performance, and long-term community value.
