Overview

Located in the heart of Yaletown, this modern 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhouse was thoughtfully renovated for a growing family with two young children. While the home was relatively new, the homeowners wanted to elevate the interior finishes and create a more functional space tailored to their family’s lifestyle.

Working closely with the homeowners and design team, Crana Construction completed a comprehensive interior renovation featuring extensive custom oak millwork throughout the home. From built-in storage solutions to carefully crafted feature walls and cabinetry, the warm oak finishes brought character, sophistication, and cohesion to every level of the residence.

A standout feature of the project was the custom-built entertainment and bar area, designed to seamlessly integrate into the home’s modern aesthetic while creating a welcoming space for entertaining family and friends. The renovation also included upgraded lighting, refined interior finishes, and custom details throughout the kitchen, living areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms.

The result is a timeless and highly functional family home that balances contemporary design with practical everyday living, delivering a warm, inviting space tailored to the needs of both the homeowners and their two children.
