Overview

After purchasing their new home, our clients wanted to personalize the space and bring it in line with their style without undertaking a full-scale renovation. Although the home was only 10 years old, several finishes felt dated and no longer reflected their vision.

The centerpiece of the renovation was the complete removal of the existing gas fireplace, which was replaced with a sleek, contemporary built-in feature fireplace. Custom millwork and cabinetry were designed and installed to create a seamless focal point within the living area.

The project also included upgraded electrical and low-voltage systems throughout the main living spaces, as well as the integration of a built-in Sonos sound system for modern whole-home entertainment.

By focusing on key design elements and strategic upgrades, we transformed the home’s appearance and functionality while maintaining a practical budget, delivering a refined and highly personalized living space for the new owners.
